ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING:
Whether you want to improve your general fitness, drop a dress size or train for something specific, the London Personal Trainer will tailor your sessions in accordance with your personal preferences and requirements. Each 60-80 minute session incorporates a combination of CV work, strength and endurance training and optional boxing/kick boxing.
The London Personal Trainer can train you in various gyms in north west London, including a well-equipped boxing gym (8 bags, boxing ring, gloves, hand wraps, free weights). She will also travel to your house, place of work or any of London’s parks that are within 25 minutes of NW6. Clients can pay in bulk and receive a 20% discount when buying 10 sessions.
COUPLES’ TRAINING:
Make training more fun by training with a partner or friend at a lower rate than if you were to train alone.
GROUP BOXING CLASSES:
The London Personal Trainer offers group boxing classes for up to 8 people at a rate of £15/person in a well equipped boxing gym (bags, gloves, hand wraps etc). Whether you’ve boxed before or never put gloves on, it doesn’t matter, everyone is welcome. One thing is certain: you are ensured a great workout, whatever your fitness level. Classes must be booked with 24 hours notice.
CUSTOMISED FITNESS PLANS:
Training plans can be devised for clients who request them. They will be specifically tailored to meet the needs of the client, taking into consideration their personal goals and preferences.
NUTRITION ADVICE:
The London Personal Trainer is happy to dispense nutritional advice in relation to training regimes and general health however she is not a nutritionist and would refer clients to see a specialist in the field if this were something they were keen to explore further.
